Australia

Our sales team in Brisbane covers all of Australia. Mobicon has repair agents in all State Capitals of Australia and in many other locations.

New Zealand and the Pacific Islands

Our sales team in Australia covers New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Asia

Our sales team in Australia covers Asia, but we do have a dealer in Japan. Apart from Japan, Mobicons in Asia are maintained using local repair agents.

Africa

There is a Mobicon Agent in South Africa who sells and maintains Mobicons in Africa, up to the Sub-Sahara.

Middle East

Our sales team in Australia covers the Middle East.

Europe and United Kingdom

Our sales team in Australia covers Europe, but we do have a repair agent in the United Kingdom. Apart from the UK, Mobicons in Europe are maintained using local repair agents.

There is a Mobicon repair agent in the United Kingdom (UK) who can help maintain the Mobicon.

Servicing your Mobicon

The Mobicon is designed to be very easy to maintain (some of our clients compare the maintenance to that of a 4-tonne forklift truck).

We ensure that we have trained repair agents in all parts of the world where Mobicons are used.  A selected spare parts package is supplied with every Mobicon that is used in remote locations.  Our spare parts holding is planned to quickly respond to the needs of our clients.

The efficient design of the Mobicon allows its servicing and maintenance to be carried out by your local forklift mechanic. Almost every Mobicon user also has some small forklifts that are used to pack or unpack the containers. 

It makes sense therefore, that the repair agent that maintains those forklifts also does the maintenance of the Mobicon.

The components of a Mobicon are the same as the components of a forklift, and forklift mechanics often remark how simple the Mobicon is, and how easy Mobicons are to maintain.

Many components, such as hoses, engine parts and hydraulic parts can be sourced locally. Steel parts can be repaired locally as well.

In Australia, we have Mobicons operating in locations that are thousands of kilometres away from Mobicon agents. We have experienced that local mechanics with telephone support from the repair agent can successfully maintain the Mobicon to a high standard, with minimal downtime.

When Mobicon personnel commission the new Mobicon in the client’s yard, they also train the repair agent in maintaining that Mobicon. With Mobicons in remote locations, we advise to invest 5% of the purchase price in a small spare parts holding.
